Description:
According to the mentor, during this time period (7/21-9/23) the WSI was experiencing 
problems with the spectral wheel, which affected both dark and spectral images. 

This was repaired on 9/23 during instrument calibration when the BOM techs noticed the 
spectral density filter wheel was not turning.  The fault was due to a sticky bearing on the 
lower end of the stepper motor drive shaft.
