SGP/SWATS/E1 - Incorrect Soil Moisture Data, 5cm E

The temperature rise readings from the 5-cm depth on the east profile (trise_E) were 
incorrect. This also caused the matric potential (soilwatpot_E) and water content (watcont_E) 
data for the 5-cm depth to be incorrect.

Use 5cm W measurements.
