Description:
The mixer kinetic temperature oscillated with an amplitude of about 3 to 5K.  This 
effected the water vapor and liquid content fields.  It is not known what caused this behavior. 
The instrument was returned for upgrades on 4/2 and the problem has not since been 
observed.
