SGP/EBBR/E20 - AEM Failure

The AEM hung inbetween positions; home signals were zero.

The AEM fuse kept blowing, most likely because of worn
rails or sleeves.  This condition may reoccur.

• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Top T/RH sensor temperature(temp_trh_top)

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)
• Right air temperature(temp_air_right)

• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Top T/RH sensor temperature(temp_trh_top)
• Bottom vapor pressure(vapor_pressure_bottom)
• Bottom T/RH sensor temperature(temp_trh_bottom)
• Top relative humidity (fractional)(rh_top_fraction)
