TWP/SKYRAD/C1 - Reprocess: NIP calibration incorrect

The NIP was replaced with a new NIP but the instrument calibration coefficients were not 
updated. The data is incorrect.

Incorrect calibration coefficients for instrument 299937E6 RS@45=7.8775
Correct calibration coefficients for instrument 31346E6 RS@45=8.1573

Do not use data. When data is reprocessed use the new data.

• Shortwave direct normal irradiance, pyrheliometer, minima(short_direct_normal_min)
