SGP/SIRS/C1 - Reprocessed: UIR/DIR Incorrect calibration coefficients

The datalogger program at SIRS.C1 was automatically updated on 9/27/2004 1423GMT with an 
older program with incorrect UIR and DIR calibration coefficients.

Reprocessed data were archived 20061019 as part of a larger reprocessing task.
