Description:
The T/RH sensor began to fail at high RH% values.  Since this site has an aspirated 
radiation shield, values in excess of the 104% manufacturer limit are not expected to occur due 
to rain or condensation.
Suggestions: 
Use Co-located EBBR data or THWAPS data for RH% values.
