NSA/METTWR/C1 - CMH mirror dirty

The CMH mirror was in need of cleaning.  The data is suspect from 05/28/05 through 
07/04/05 as intermittently poor readings occurred.  After 07/04/05 the data was incorrect as the 
mirror was excessively dirty.

Use the 2m T/RH probe data as a replacement.

• Chilled Mirror Calculated Saturation Vapor Pressure(SatVPCMH)
• Chilled Mirror Calculated Vapor Pressure(VPCMH)
• Chilled Mirror Temperature(CMHTemp)
• Chilled Mirror Calculated Relative Humidity(CMHRH)
