DATA REPROCESSED and CORRECTED: 

The RF deck temperature was increased from 50 to 52 C to prevent thermal instability in 
summer. This resulted in a change in the calibration. The data were reprocessed with the 
calibration coefficients that were automatically derived after the reference temperature 
tkmx was adjusted.
