Description:
A minor shading issue likely caused by a failing motor was first noticed on 20060301.  The 
shading issue occurred between the hours of 2000 UTC and 2300 UTC.  It seemed to 
self-correct after 20060419, but came back briefly between 20060519 1600 UTC through 20060520 
0200 UTC.  It again appeared 20060524 to 20050526 between the hours of 1800 and 0200.  A 
final brief period of a shading problem occurred between 2000 and 2200 UTC on 20060528.
