Description:
Shading problem between the hours of 0200 and 0600 UTC.  The magnitude of the problem 
remains constant throughout the period.  It is possible the shading problem exists prior to 
and beyond the dates given here, but cloudy skies preclude verifying this.  Dec 25th and 
Jan 19th are the first and last days clear enough to detect a problem.
