Description:
The Forecast Systems Laboratory (FSL) transferred of the NPN from ESRL/GSD to NWS starting 
20060501. XDC began to retrieve WPDN data from UCAR IDD network on 05/18/2006. The data 
is missing in the interim. The replacement data for this time period can be picked up 
from the MADIS Archive.
