SGP/EBBR/E12 - Net Radiation, and Sensible and Latent Heat Fluxes Incorrect

Rain entered into the net radiometer through a broken top dome.  Most of the net radiation 
values during the period are much too large, thus sensible and latent fluxes are also 
too large.
