TWP/MMCR/C1 - Error in recorded heights

An error in MMCR configuration resulted in a timing error.  This caused erroneous height 
values (too large) to be recorded in the data files.

The height values should be modified for each data collection mode as follows:

Mode 1: Subtract 219.8812 m
Mode 2: Subtract 411.6936 m
Mode 3: Subtract 37.0599 m
Mode 4: Subtract 37.0599 m
