SGP/VCEIL/B6 - contaminated window

Backscatter has consistently high amplitude because the window was dirty. The problem was 
corrected when the window was cleaned.

• Lowest cloud base height detected(first_cbh)
• Second lowest cloud base height(second_cbh)
• Third cloud base height(third_cbh)
• Aerosol volume backscattering coefficient at 355 nm(backscatter)
