SGP/SIRS/E9 - Tracker failure

During this time range the solar tracker at E9 was not operating.  PM on 2/20 1800GMT 
power cycled the tracker and it resumed normal operation.

Disregard direct normal and diffuse data from this site.  Data is not recoverable.
