Description:
The T/RH sensor relative humidity data is suspect during this time.  Values from this 
sensor failed the 6-month check and subsequent bi-weekly checks.  The RH values were lower by 
larger than the manufacturer suggested uncertainty of 3%.
Suggestions: 
Use RH data from nearby sensors such as the EBBR and/or THWAPS.
