NSA/MWRP/C1 - Increased RF intereference

The spare radiometer experienced increased levels of RF interference. The interference is 
prominent on the 30-GHz channel and LWP retrievals that appear particularly noisy.

The user can smooth the data with some running average to mitigate the noise

• Microwave brightness temperature(brightnessTemperature)
• Retrieved liquid water path(liquidWaterPath)
• Retrieved liquid water path using only 23.835 and 30.0 GHz(liquidWaterPath2)
