SGP/SWATS/E27 - Backwards Directional Notation

The directional notation of the variables is incorrect.  All variables labeled as "E" 
should actually be "W" and vice versa.

• Soil Temperature, East Profile(tsoil_E)
• Sensor Temperature Rise, East Profile(trise_E)

• Soil Water Potential, West Profile(soilwatpot_W)
• West profile sensor serial numbers(serial_numbers_W)
• Soil Water Potential, East Profile(soilwatpot_E)
