Description:
The subject is generically listed as "Shadowband Misalignment" but there is a bit more 
going on, not all is completely understood.  There is a shading problem on the 28th from 
~1430 to 1800.  At the same time, only the diffuse channels 415 and 500 are available.  The 
29th has the same shadowing issue and missing diffuse channels, up until 1900 when they 
all appear.

This situation repeats on 20090130.  It is again just after a period of missing data.  Not 
sure of the connection at this point.
