Description:
There was a feature in the data in the morning hours.  Field techs reported the shadowband 
was aligned properly, but the sun was partially striking the diffuser over the top of 
the shadowband.  Maintenance on 6/30 helped a lot, and 7/2 was the last day it may have 
still been an issue.
