SGP/SIRS/E18 -  Reprocessed and Corrected: Incorrect calibrations

DATA REPROCESSED and CORRECTED: 

During instrument changeout the intended down_short_hemisp PSP and up_short_hemisp PSP 
were swapped resulting in incorrectly applied calibration coefficients. The problem was 
corrected by swapping the instruments into their proper positions. The correct calibration 
coefficients were applied to upwelling and downwelling shortwave measurements and the data 
were reprocessed.

The data were archived in August 2016. Please retrieve the reprocessed data for use in 
your analysis.

During instrument changeout the intended down_short_hemisp PSP and up_short_hemisp PSP

Data will be reprocessed to apply correct calibrations: 
  down_short_hemisp(cor)= down_short_hemisp(old)*[115.87/123.33]
  up_short_hemisp(cor)= up_short_hemisp(old)*[123.33/115.87]
