GRW/MET/M1 - Temperature/RH aspirator failure

The aspirator fan on the solar shield failed causing incorrect readings on the temp, RH 
and calculated variables.

• Temperature mean(temp_mean)
• Relative humidity observed by the Raman lidar(rh_mean)
• Vapor pressure mean, calculated(vapor_pressure_mean)
• Standard deviation in logger enclosure relative humidity(rh_std)
• Vapor pressure standard deviation(vapor_pressure_std)
• Air temperature, standard deviation(temp_std)
