SGP/AOS/C1 - Suspected leak in CCN and or problem with instrument optics

Description:
The CCN signal started a slow decline during this period. The instrument was removed and 
shipped back to the mentor for repair. A leak was found in the instrument which would've 
decreased the over all signal. Whether this leak affected the rate of CCN growth with %SS 
is uncertain.
Suggestions: 
Don't use the data as the instrument wasn't operating properly.
