Description:
There is a lot of noise in the open channel at times, and sometimes in 415. Particularly 
bad days are:

  Jan 7, 24, 25
  Feb 9, 15-24
  Mar 1, 2, 9, 21
Suggestions: 
Users should be able to filter out poor sections; consult mentor for guidance if necessary.
