SGP/EBBR/E13 - Incorrect Sensible and Latent Heat Fluxes

The multiplexer to which the air temperatures were connected experienced a problem, 
resulting in incorrect sensible and latent heat fluxes at times.

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)
• Right air temperature(temp_air_right)

• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)

• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
