SGP/EBBR/E9 - T/RH Probe Temperature Problem - Sensible and Latent Heat Fluxes Affected

During mid-day the left T/RH probe temperature was offscale, sometimes resulting in 
incorrect sensible and latent heat fluxes.

• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Top vapor pressure(vapor_pressure_top)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Bottom vapor pressure(vapor_pressure_bottom)
• Bottom T/RH sensor temperature(temp_trh_bottom)
• Top T/RH sensor temperature(temp_trh_top)

• Left T/RH sensor temperature (resistance ratio)(temp_trh_left_rr)

• Top vapor pressure(vapor_pressure_top)
• Top T/RH sensor temperature(temp_trh_top)
