Description:
Starting 11/23 at 00:47 UTC, all upwelling shortwave hemispheric values are missing. 

Additionally, starting 12/9 at 06:01 UTC, all upwelling longwave hemispheric irradiance 
values are missing.

Site ops determined that the tower cable had been chewed through. Repaired the cable on 
12/14/2010 and returned to service at 18:48 GMT.
Suggestions: 
Missing data is not recoverable.
