SGP/EBBR/E9 - Sensible and Latent Heat Fluxes Incorrect

The right Air Temperature probe leads were loose.
During nighttime the right Air Temperature went offscale,
resulting in incorrect sensible and latent heat fluxes.

• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)

• Right air temperature(temp_air_right)

• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
