SBS/OZONE/S2 - Instrument malfunction

By mistake a filter spacer was installed instead of filter.  This shut off flow to the 
instrument.  All data during this period is invalid.

Do not use data

• Ozone pressure(ozone_pressure)
• Ozone bench temperature(ozone_bench_temp)
• Ozone concentration(ozone)
