GRW/TSI/M1 - Shadowband Misalignment

The shadowband was slightly out of alignment because one corner of the instrument stand 
had sunk about 25mm.  The stand was releveled and the TSI re-aligned.

• Pixel count: number thin in zenith circle(region_zenith_count_thin)
• Pixel count: number total thin(count_thin)
• Pixel count: number in camera and sun strip mask(count_mask)
• Pixel count: number thin in sun circle(region_sun_count_thin)
• Relative 'strength' of direct sun(sun_strength)
• Pixel count: number total opaque(count_opaque)
• Pixel count: number total in sun circle(region_sun_count)
• Percent opaque cloud(percent_opaque)
