Subject:	GRW/AERI/M1 - False hatch signal

Description:	The hatch closure indicator was not working properly. In the netcdf files, hatchOpen was equal to 1 when the hatch was closed and 0 when open, the opposite of what it should have been, so data were flagged incorrectly. Issue was corrected July 22.
