PGH/MWR/M1 - Reprocessed: Incorrect calibration

Description:
When the radiometer started to collect data it was not at its final location and had an 
obstructed field of view. The radiometer was moved to its final location on 7/13/2011. 
After the radiometer was moved it started to collect good data for calibration.

The MWRLOS data were reprocessed with appropriate calibrations.  The reprocessed data were 
archived in July 2012.
