TWP/MWR3C/C3 - Incorrect calibration

When the radiometer was relocated to the TWP site the 89-GHz detector non-linearity 
coefficient got somehow erased from the radiometer memory. The radiometer was therefore unable 
to calibrate properly.

• Mean 23.8 GHz sky brightness temperature(tbsky23)
• 89.0 GHz sky brightness temperature(tbsky89)
• Liquid water path(lwp)
• Precipitable water vapor(pwv)
• 30.0 GHz sky brightness temperature(tbsky30)
