SBS/HSRL/S1 - Spotty data

Data appears visually spotty in intensity, likely due to uncertain calibrations from 
temperature fluctuations.  The lidar profiles may still be useful for basic cloud detection 
but are unlikely to yield useful calibrated profiles.

Use this data with caution, and only for qualitative work.
