Description:
The heater board was bad from the start of the deployment.  It was not immediately 
apparent for two reasons.  One, the 500 channel was bad and it was dominating the data plots.  
Two, the bad heater board wasn't causing the head temps to behave erratically, but was 
causing noise in the irradiance channels.  Once the head was replaced to deal with the 
failed 500 channel, it then became obvious the heater board was also faulty.  Do not use data 
covered by this DQR.
