GAN/MWR3C/M1 - Radiometer instability

The radiometer showed intermittent instability in the 30 GHz and 89 GHz channel. There was 
a calibration shift between Jan 4 and Jan 8 and a calibration instability between Jan 12 
and Jan 20. It may be possible to recalibrate the data when a recalibration algorithm is 
developed.

Users should disregard data during the indicated time as they are incorrect

• 89.0 GHz sky brightness temperature(tbsky89)
• Precipitable water vapor(pwv)
• Liquid water path(lwp)
• 30.0 GHz sky brightness temperature(tbsky30)
