SGP/RAIN/C1 - Lightning strike

A lightning strike took out the instrument on 6/12.  Error_latch and stat_latch flags were 
tripped and the instrument failed to record precip measured by co-located instruments 
(e.g. on 6/13).  Voltage and other data fields were also very erratic.

Instrument was replaced and normal operations resumed on 20110615.

Use precip data from MET, DISDROMETER or VDIS datasreams

• Total precipitation over one minute sampling period(precip)
• Voltage minimum(volt_min)
• The latch counter counts number of measurement scans within one minute.(scans_per_min)
• Precipitation intensity(precip_rate)
• Temperature average, sensor 1(temp1)
• Temperature average, sensor 2(temp2)
• Millimeters of precipitation accumulated in the gauge since t he last tare.(total_mm)
• Temperature 3 inside the instrument enclosure(temp3)
• Panel temperature average(ptemp)
• Sensor 3 maximum weight(weight3)
• Sensor 2 maximum weight(weight2)
• Sensor 1 maximum weight(weight1)
• Total maintenance count(maintenance_cnt)
• Sensor status(stat_latch)
• Frequency average, sensor 1(frequency1)
• Frequency average, sensor 2(frequency2)
• Frequency average, sensor 3(frequency3)
• Record with error(error_latch)
• Weight of accumulated precipitation in the gauge since the la st tare(total_weight)
