Description:
The instrument experienced shadowband malfunction.  The direct normal and diffuse 
hemispheric fields are unreliable and generally false.  The total hemispheric will be only 
minimally affected.
Suggestions: 
Avoid data during these periods when the shadowband malfunctions.
