Description:
Case and dome temperatures for longwave fluxes are sporadically noisy during this period 
corresponding to additional noise in the longwave fluxes and perhaps in the upwelling 
shortwave flux.

No instrument DQRs exist documenting this problem.
Suggestions: 
Longwave fluxes have higher uncertainties during this time period, use with caution.
