Description:	The tower at Darwin was brought down to test and replace the GNDRAD PIR on 8/5/2005 and the PSP on 8/9/2005. Upwelling fluxes are incorrect. Described in instrument DQR D050919.4.
Suggestions:	Do not use upwelling fluxes during this time.
