Description:
The upwelling longwave and shortwave fluxes appear to be too low during these periods. It 
is possible that these are caused by inverting the radiometers but no instrument DQRs 
exist documenting the changes during these times.
Suggestions: 
Use caution with upwelling longwave and shortwave fluxes during these times.
