SGP/MWR3C/C1 - Spikes in wind speed and direction

The surface wind speed and wind direction wre occasionally spiking to large values during 
daylight hours. The spikes did not match well with co-located MET values. On 7/9 the wind 
sensor was replaced with a spare.

• Wind speed average(wind_speed_avg)
• Wind speed minimum(wind_speed_min)
• Maximum 1s wind speed at the ground station in one minute, maxima(wind_speed_max)
• Wind direction maximum(wind_direction_max)
• Wind direction minimum(wind_direction_min)
• Wind direction average(wind_direction_avg)
