PVC/SASZE/M1 - Band motor failure

Local operator noted problems with the band motor operation and determined that the motor 
was defective/not operable. The data acquisition was turned off at this time but was 
intermittently turned back on for troubleshooting.  

Most of the data for this time period is entirely missing (no data files created) but even 
those created for troubleshooting should be regarded as BAD due to inoperable band motor.

Do not use radiance data from this time period.
