Description:
Streaks began showing up in radar data (reflectivity, doppler velocity, spectral width, 
SNR) at semi regular intervals.  Problem was a failed 16.560 GHz Phase Lock Oscillator 
(PLO).  PLO was replaced 20120214.
Suggestions: 
Data should be used for qualitative purposes only due to the "streakiness" in the data..
