PVC/MWR3C/M1 - Dew formation on window

The K-band receiver was showing signs of dew accumulation on the lens. This happened 
during night and early morning (~5:00-12:00 UTC). On 8/28 the receiver was repositioned to be 
better aligned with the dewblower outlet.
