Description:
During troubleshooting of the UIR (up_long_hemisp) the UIR and DIR (down_long_hemsip) 
pyrgeometers were swapped to help isolate an instrument noise issue.  

The replacement UIR instrument installed on 8/14 had incorrect calibration coefficients 
applied.  The serial number was correct.

wrong UIR k1 cal = 0.2376
correct UIR k1 cal = 0.2451

Reprocessing completed 20121217.
Suggestions: 
Use reprocessed data.
