Description:
On 10/25 an intermittent problem began on the up_long_hemispheric (UIR) instrument dome 
thermistor which resulted in incorrect or missing calculated flux.  Maintenance tightened 
connections on 11/21 which appears to have resolved the problem.
Suggestions: 
Use sgpqcrad1longE13.c1 where data are effectively flagged as bad
