NSA/SEBS/E10 - Tower Failure, Data Not Affected

The tripod tower top holding the net radiometer broke and collapsed.

However, at this time of year radiation is so small that effects on the radiation and 
therefore net radiation measurements can not be detected.

Therefore this DQR has been designated as transparent.
