PVC/TSI/M1 - Condensation on lens

The lens and mirror were dirty and condensation was appearing on the lens each afternoon. 
The window and mirror were cleaned on 2/28 at 14:01 and on 3/4 at 19:24.  The desiccant 
was replaced on 3/14 at 14:19.
